A new bottling from a one-hectare, fifteen year-old vineyard, technically a Beaujolais Village but right across the path from Yann’s Fleurie holdings. After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo carbonic maceration without juice for 20 days. The wine then ages for 8 months, with 80% in barrel and 20% in vat.
