Willett 3yr Straight Rye combines the best of small-batch rye aging. On the nose, you get a beautiful layering of brandied cherry over a mildly tart cherry. The palate is robust and mouth-coating, with dominant notes of dark cherry, burnt vanilla, and spices. The finish is long and complex, ending with a lingering array of spices and a hint of oak.
