Wilderness Trail High Rye Small Batch Bourbon
Aged in new charred oak for over 4 years. Copper pot distilled from a single fermented batch using a sweet mash process and put into the barrel at 110 proof. Oak-forward with notes of banana, dark fruits, honey, and cake. The finish is long with lingering coffee, and banana notes.
