Yann Vadin, 9th generation wine grower has always envisioned taking over his family estate. He had his training in Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Austrailia before returning to his domaine in 2012. Since then, he began converting the vineyard to organic wine making.The champagne is powerful, with notes of brioche and almond skin.
