Enzo Tiezzi is one of the unsung legends of Montalcino, having worked in Montalcino for more than 60 years and served as a president of the consorzio. Poggio Cerrino was the first vineyard he purchased and the Rosso from this vineyard approaches his Brunelllo in complexity, just trailing a bit in depth and density.
