This is a serious rosé, lively and dynamic with palpable tannins. Uniquely made via a co-fermentation of red (Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio) and white grapes, the wine is delicious enough on its own, but is easily capable of being paired with fresh seafood or roasted fowl. Profusely laden with dark berry and tart cherry notes, alongside distinct Etna minerality.
