Made from 80% Carricante, 20% Grecanico, the winery's flagship white wine combines the racy minerality and underripe citrus fruit notes of Chablis with distinct herbaceous and flinty notes that are inimitably Etna. Notes of Sorrento lemon, white flowers and sea salt abound.
