One of the most sought-after and celebrated California rosés is the gently-pressed, pale salmon-colored pink Pinot Noir from Sinskey. An excellent "food rosé," the Vin Gris is fresh and vibrant with citrus and strawberry flavors, along with a hint of pink lady apple. Delicious.
