San Fereolo is one of the pioneering natural wine producers in Piedmont. This cuvee is mostly barbera, with a splash of nebbiolo. However, unlike most barberas which are released very young, this wine spends 3 years in large barrel, then 3 more years in bottle before being released, A richly-fruited wine with a lightly rustic texture and great heft. Decant and enjoy!
