A perfect wine to introduce you to the fasincating renaissance of winegrowing in southern Chile. Roberto Henriquez is a paragon of Pais, a curious grape with a long history in the new world. The vines that go into this cuvee are up to 200 years in age, but the wine is delicate, crunchy vibrant, almost Beaujolais-like, and will take a chill nicely.
