Paul Sutton Distillery was founded by seventh-generation descendant Myra Barginear, who sought to recreate her family's 100-year-old recipe. This 5 year Kentucky straight bourbon features a high-rye mash, made with Alabama heirloom corn. It has notes of warm brown sugar, pecan praline, and caramel, with notes of orange zest.
