Each Distiller's Edition has a 2nd maturation in previously used fortified wine barrels. This one uses Montila Fino sherry casks which allows it to develop flavors of dried fruit, butterscotch, toffee, and caramel with a briny backbone of a smoke-filled sweet finish.
