Baga is the traditional red grape of the costal appellation of Bairrada, and shows a lighter side of Portuguese red wine. Red fruited with lightly salty minerality and very fine tannins. A hint of smoky herbs and pepper. This is a great red to serve with a hearty fish preparation.
