Nebuleuse is named after one of the horses at the Fons-Sanatis estate, where the viticulture is conducted entirely by horses! It is as natural as wines can be, and is juicy with a lingering smoky finish. Nebuleuse is ideal with tomato based dishes, pork chops, or chicken breast.
