Though Slovenia may not be the first place you think of when conjuring images of fine Pinot Noir, Goriška Brda’s cool climate and plentiful sunshine create perfect conditions for Pinot. Long aging (4 years in oak!) makes sure that this wine is ready to go as soon as you open the bottle. When doing so, you’ll be greeted with wafts of pure raspberry and Bing cherry aromas, completed with flavors of forest berries, earth and leather.
