Dario Serrentino sold his organic fruit to some of Sicily's top natural wine producers for years before striking out on his own in 2014. This is mostly frappato with a quarter Nero d'Avola all planting on limestone-laden soil. A fresh, aromatic red with fine, crunchy tannins that would take a chill beautifully and should pair nicely with hearty seafood.
