Out of the highly esteemed Destilería “El Cascahuín" El Sabino is another banger from Lagrimas. Located near the Guachimontones, the circular pyramids featured in our logo, this ranch produced exceedingly high-quality agave and was aged for 3 months in ex-bourbon barrels. El Sabino Reposado showcases aromas of candied orange peel, rich cooked agave, with hints of cinnamon and brown butter, and on the palate - stone fruits, cooked agave, and vanilla, with a rich finish.
