For 450 years the Girardin name has been synonymous with elite level Burgundy. Up and coming winemaker Justin Girardin believes in letting nature express itself as much as possible in the vineyard and wine. He only uses native yeasts and rarely uses new oak. This wine goes well with cheese and charcuterie as well as rich seafood dishes.
