Journeyman set out to honor Chicago's iconic Field Museum, as well as the city's history, by utilizing ingredients that were introduced at the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition – the same year the museum originated. Journeyman was provided with a list of over 1,500 different botanicals and plants originally collected in 1893 and currently housed by the museum. A "bloody butcher" red corn was selected from this list to be the sole ingredient to this vodka. Rich, sweet, and buttery, this Kosher, organic vodka is a true representation of the Midwest.
