I Custodi is joint project between Mario Paoluzi and Mount Etna pioneer Salvo Foti. This cuvee is sourced from the north side of the volcano, which produces a charmingly rustic style of Nerello Mascalese full of spice and smoke. A perfect introduction to the amazing wines of Mount Etna.
