A fun, chillable co-ferment from a single vineyard in the Columbia Gorge. Pinot Noir (red) and Pinot Gris (white) were sealed in bins together to undergo carbonic maceration. The result may give hints of citrus peel, watermelon jolly rancher and wet stone.
