An unpretentious, yet delicious brut rosé made from a blend of Bairrada’s signature noble red variety Baga and the highly acidic white grape, Bical. This is a bright and lively wine with zings of citrus and spice, and a perfect popper for any type of gathering.

Filipa Pato is a winegrower in Bairrada, and graduate of the University of Coimbra as a Chemical engineer. She refined her Winemaker skills doing harvests in Bordeaux, France - Mendoza, Argentina and Margaret River, Australia, and with her father Luis Pato, the Baga rebel.

Filipa and her husband, William, share all of their experiences: the love for food and wine, encounters with great wine growers, sommeliers and wine lovers from all over the world and the magical, inexhaustible culture of the world of wine. Today for Filipa & William, Ois do Bairro is the center of their wine universe.
