"Young Wine" is a series of delicious, fun, natural and accessible wines. A small amount of skin fermented Vidal Blanc was blended after primary fermentation, adding a bit of structure into the tannin-light, chillable Chambourcin. The nose is reminiscent of Gamay with notes of plum, cassis, garrigue, espresso, and blood orange.
