Don Amado Rustico Mezcal is the flagship expression from the Real de Minas Distillery, crafted with traditional methods of slow roasting Espadín maguey hearts over firewood embers. The minero clay pot still provides nose aromatics like ash, crushed walnuts, roasted corn, and spices, while its Espadín maguey palate offers bright citrus notes balanced against butterscotch, caramel, and herbs.
