Pierre-Henri has one foot firmly in Burgundy, and one foot in the avant garde. This cuvee is vinified 90% whole-cluster and bottled with no additional sulfur. The Gamay brings a tingly crunch to the mid-palate while the Pinot Noir adds depths and darker fruit tones. Exceptional stuff.
