The Chotard family has been making wine over 200 years, with current wine maker Daniel and his son, Simon, tending to the vines on the limestone and clay slopes of Sancerre. 

A lovely Sancerre rouge that is fully versatile in tartness, ease and texture. The winemaker picks later for this harvest to give the ending wine weight and texture while maintaining the lightness of pinot noir.
