Explosive amounts of habanero flavor with minimal heat. Grassy and woody undertones complement these bitters nicely. The heat is somewhat intense, but comes on later and does not overpower the palate. In drinks, it pairs well with margaritas, beer cocktails, and is an excellent addition to a bloody mary. With food, it works well in salad dressing or atop roasted veggies, chicken, steak, and pork.
