One of Sherry’s most iconic wines. The Sangre y Trabajadero solera began in the town of Jerez in the 1800s this oloroso was a favorite of the butchers and other Jerezanos alike. This is a lighter style sherry showing toasted almond and bitter orange peel on the nose. Surprisingly bone-dry and savory, the palate has notes of roasted hazelnut & walnut brittle, with a hint of clove, and a finish that is at once elegant, persistent & spicy.
