Unlike other Burgundy wines, which are primarily produced from a single grape variety, Bourgogne Passe-Tout-Grains is essentially a cuvée of gamay and pinot noir. This one is 67% Pinot Noir, 33% Gamay. Chateau de Rougeon is a practicing organic clay and limestone terroir. Tineyards are isolated, surrounded by forest, meaning an organic farming oasis.
