Bloomer Creek Half Moon Rose is named after Henry Hudson's ship, Half Moon. This wine is made from predominately pinot noir and has some cabernet franc. The wine is spontaneously fermented in stainless, unfined and unfilitered with minimal sulfur additions only at bottling. The wine has notes of dried red flowers, cherry, red currant, and earth.
