Amatitena is a 100% agave blanco tequila produced in the state of Jalisco, from the best agave harvested at maturity with the traditional Jima method. The process starts with the cooking in a stone oven with a slow and direct mesquite wood fire, that preserves the soft and sweet flavors of the agave.
