Jean-Francois Malsert started producing wines with his grandfather in 2011. Specializing in organic wine this producer really focuses on making organic wines and practicing biodynamic farming with minimal use of SO2, usage of indigenous yeasts, and neutral wood or amphora to really highlight the wines. His Vin de France Syrah is full bodied with a long finish and has notes of blueberry, blackberry, herbal tea, and violet petals. This wine is great for roasts, grilled steaks, and grilled swordfish.
