"Prémices" is a selection of the most fruit-forward barrels of Chenin Blanc and is the first release in any given vintage. A little bit of residual sugar adds a touch of sweetness, a year of aging in barrel adds complexity. Great value and a brilliant match with fragrant and spicy food.
