This wine comes from northern Italy, on the border of Slovenia. The Sauvignon grapes spend 1 month on the skins and 50% of the grapes included are botrytis-affected, leaving behind a honeyed aroma and spicy ginger flavor. This is a truly special cuvee, and a one of a kind experience.
