The wines made by Tamuna Bidzinashvili who started her winery in 2014 with just two hectares, are as pristine and stylish it gets for traditionally-made Georgian wines. Winemaking is totally chemical-free and sulfur is never added, making this red intense yet lively and lip-smacking.
