We couldn't be more pleased with this classically-styled Cotes-du-Rhone from the organic cooperative Les Vignerons D' Estézargues. Sumptuous dark fruit and hints of lavender and thyme. A smooth structure frames a wine that hits fruity and spice notes in perfect balance. A great deal!
