The top Blanc de Blancs from Billecart, this is a blend of all Grand Cru fruit, aged on the lees for 12 years before release. 2009 was a warm vintage which provides some serious heft, but mouth-watering mineral cut and freshness persist thanks to expert winemaking from truly great terroir.
