There is nothing quite like genepy. It is the very taste of the Alps, green and everlasting. The genepy in this powerful and complex liqueur is sourced from small, independent farmers in the Hautes-Alpes region of France. The final product is then rested in Sauternes barrels before bottling. January's Genepy is only released once a year.
