Askur Yggdrasil is the name of the tree of life in Nordic mythology. True to its native roots, this namesake gin encompasses verdant elements from across the globe—featuring bold, Spanish citrus and delicate juniper from the Balkans—and proofs the resulting distillate down with soft, Icelandic water. The botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica, citrus, licorice, and cassia bark. There are top notes of evergreen and lime zest, tempered by a soft mouthfeel, followed with a lingering finish of peppercorn spice.
