The distillers at Smoke Wagon took the same vintage blending philosophy used to create Small Batch, except this time the goal was to create high proof bourbon that tasted best neat. Uncut is rich and sweet with an unbelievably thick mouth feel, with a welcome addition of heat and rye spice. Robust and powerful, this is indeed a fantastic sipping bourbon.
