Gaillac is the second oldest known vineyard area in France after Narbonne. Winemakers Nathalie and Rémi Larroque make just 3,000 bottles of Gaillacoise from the Mauzac grape. Mauzac is a late-ripening, slow-fermenting grape, making it perfect for Pet Nat.
