Many collectors feel that Huet's terroir and their take on the Chenin Blanc grape is best-expressed as a demi-sec (half-dry) wine, where a hint of sweetness offsets the penetrating acidity found in the grape, and the stony minerality of the "Clos du Bourg" site. Serve with washed-rind cheese or poultry with cream sauce.
