Bouland makes incredibly structured, dense wines from exceptional sites across Beaujolais. The 2021 vintage produced very light wines, which makes this cuvee from Bouland extremely approachable to drink now. Herbal notes dance on the palate, combined with succulent berry fruit and a hint of red citrus. Give it some air and a roast chicken!
