Cumpa works with farmers in several corners of Calabria, to revitalize local and sometimes unknow grape varieties of this Italian region. Mimmo specifically coming from a more northern area, Saracena. This result of this hand harvested and partial whole cluster made wine, is light and juicy. Usually showing darker fruit aromas and a spice quality. Here it is presented in an easy going style.
