COS Nero di Lupo is produced from organic and biodynamic Nero d'Avola grapes grown on red soil. It goes through spontaneous fermentation and is aged in concrete tanks and bottle. The wine is unfined and unfiltered. The wine is full bodied with medium plus tannin and acidity and has notes of black cherry, black plum, licorice and sweet tobacco.

Through this they can use the practice of organic agriculture at the same time maintaining a holitstic approach that connects the earth to the wine.
