The Mainque Chardonnay is made by Burgundy legend Jean-Marc Roulot, and boy does it show. Ripe Asian pear and Fuji apple notes upfront, followed by creamy (but subtle) vanilla and mineral notes. Complex and Burgundian; Patagonia is the new Montrachet!
