We are totally impressed by this inaugural release from a new producer in the Finger Lakes. While this kabinett-style riesling has 51 grams of residual sugar, it feel exceedingly fresh and lively on the palate. Ripe stone fruit flavors and bright acidity make for a wonderful pairing for spicy food.
