Jutta Ambrositch is making some of Vienna's most honest and soulful wines, and the centerpiece of her work is the tradional Viennese field blend, or "Gemischter Satz." Though this is her "entry-level" wine, the vines here date back 60 years, creating a refreshing white with uncommon depth.
